Omoshiro (fun-loving) company, KAYAC, allocated new shares to | KAYAC

KAYAC Inc. invested a total 350,000,000 yen in exchange for the acquisition of shares issued by CyberAgent, Inc., Start Today Co., Ltd. and Globis Capital Partners through a third-party allocation with a payment due date of April 1st, 2011.

KAYAC Inc. was founded as a limited partnership in 1998 and renewed as a joint-stock corporation in 2005.

Since its foundation, KAYAC has been mainly involved in planning and development of original contents for websites and mobile equipment.

Recently the company has also developed social games and smartphone apps.

The company decided to conduct the third-party allocation of shares mainly to accelerate its business development and recruitment activity.
