All employees have become human resources staff | KAYAC

On July 7, 2014, “All Employees Become HR Staff” project started!

Under the“All Employees Become HR Staff” project, all the employees
become a member of Human Resources with an aim to strengthen KAYAC Style
of “Not What, But Who.”

From now on, all employees work together to find new colleagues
and create a joyous work environment that we would want to
recommend to others.

Employees who joined Human Resources received “Fast Pass,” which exempts
a job applicant from document screening and allows him/her to have
an interview on a priority basis, and “Last Pass,” which allows an applicant
to jump directly to the last interview skipping prior processes.
