DODA’s future job interview project “VR Interview” | KAYAC

Job transfer support service DODA launched “Future Interview Project” to explore the future of interview from the standpoint of technology.

To begin the project, DODA launched “VR Interview,” content simulating interview experience using Oculus and a sentiment analysis engine. In a virtual environment, you can have a job interview with Ryoma Sakamoto!

KAYAC has helped the process from making the concept of the project through planning and production of VR Interview.

The head-mounted VR system Oculus creates immersive experience as if you were actually having an interview. The system also analyzes the sentiment levels based on a user’s voice, and a story progresses based on the results of the analysis. At the end of the interview, Ryoma Sakamoto tells you a career aptitude type based on your attitude in the interview.

By combining the latest technologies, KAYAC aimed to create a more practical “future interview” experience.
